Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

6. Location Data

Geo Business uses location services to provide map-based features. You can control location access through your device settings. Disabling location services may limit certain app functionalities.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may also retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

For uploaded application images, documents, and messages submitted via the follow-up module, our operational policy is to delete these files and communications shortly after a plotter or evaluator has finalized action on the application.

8. Image Upload Limits

To improve reliability and upload speed, we recommend and enforce an upload limit of 5 MB per image. Images may be compressed before upload for efficient processing.

9. Developer Information

DC Geo-Business is developed and maintained by the Geographic Information System (GIS) Team.

Map and geocoding credits:

OpenStreetMap data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
